Terms of Service

Last updated June 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Veil (the "Software") and the Veil website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, install, access, or use the Software or the Service.

You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Veil on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. License

Veil grants you a personal, revocable, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable license to install and use the Software for as long as your plan is active and you remain in compliance with these Terms. A Lifetime license remains active so long as these Terms are not breached; a Monthly license remains active while its recurring charge is paid.

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Software, not the lifetime of the purchaser. A Lifetime license grants access for as long as Veil continues to be offered and operated. Veil may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Software or the Service at any time and at its sole discretion, including ceasing development and support, after which a Lifetime license may end without any continuing obligation and without refund.

You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, nor share, lend, or transfer your license, credentials, or access to any third party. Your license may be bound to your machine and may be deactivated if these Terms are breached.

3. Acceptable use and your sole responsibility

Veil is a general purpose automation tool that runs entirely on hardware you control. You alone decide how to configure and operate it, including the targets, proxies, email sources, SMS providers, captcha services, and any data you supply. You are solely and fully responsible for all activity carried out through the Software.

You agree to use Veil only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the Software by, any third party. You bear all responsibility for ensuring that your use is permitted in your jurisdiction and under any agreement, policy, or rule that applies to you.

4. Compliance with laws and third party terms

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service, acceptable use policies, and rules of any website, platform, retailer, or third party service you interact with through Veil. The operators of Veil do not review, monitor, endorse, or take responsibility for how you use the Software against any such platform.

Any consequence arising from your use, including but not limited to the suspension, restriction, banning, or termination of accounts, blacklisting, loss of funds or proxies, chargebacks, or claims by third parties, is your responsibility alone.

5. No affiliation

Veil is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to any third party brand, platform, retailer, email provider, or service that it may interact with. All product names, logos, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Assumption of risk

You acknowledge that automation carries inherent risks, including the loss of accounts, funds, proxies, data, or access, and the possibility of detection or enforcement action by third parties. You knowingly and voluntarily accept all such risks.

Veil does not guarantee any result, success rate, uptime, or that any account, task, or output will be created, accepted, retained, or remain usable. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veil and its owners, operators, developers, contributors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Software or Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

8. No warranty

The Software and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non infringement.

Veil does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, error free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that it will meet your requirements or achieve any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Veil or its owners, operators, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, accounts, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Software or Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Veil for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of the above may not apply to you.

10. Third party services

Veil relies on third party services that you supply or select, such as proxy, SMS, captcha, and email providers. Veil does not control these services and is not responsible for their availability, conduct, pricing, accuracy, or output, and disclaims all liability arising from your use of them. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

11. Privacy and data

The Software runs locally on your machine. You are responsible for the security of your device, credentials, sessions, and any data you process with Veil. The Service stores only what is necessary to operate, such as authentication and license information. You are responsible for the lawful handling of any personal data you choose to process through the Software.

12. Billing and refunds

Lifetime is a single one time payment with no renewals. Monthly consists of a one time setup fee followed by a recurring monthly charge that continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the setup fee or the current billing period.

Because the Software is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, all payments are final and non refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback may result in immediate and permanent termination of your license without refund.

13. Termination

Veil may suspend or terminate your access or license at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if your conduct may cause harm or legal exposure. Upon termination your license ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Software.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including license restrictions, disclaimers, assumption of risk, indemnification, and limitation of liability, will survive.

14. Changes

Veil may modify the Software, the Service, or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Software or Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Software and Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Veil resides, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Software will be resolved on an individual basis, and to the extent permitted by law you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veil regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreements. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
